Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email modernowraptools@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

We handle return exceptions on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse returns. To ensure a smooth process, please reach out to us for authorization before mailing your item back. Unfortunately, we cannot process or accept items sent back without prior approval!

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that fall outside of our standard policy. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team to request approval before sending your item back. Items sent for exchange without prior authorization will not be accepted.
